The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist. However, I encountered some unexpected challenges during my visit. Housekeeping services were lacking, and the room arrangement did not meet my expectations.On the positive side, the hosts were delightful, offering excellent ski equipment storage and comfortable beds. The facility's cleanliness was commendable, and the breakfast provided was satisfying. While the hotel is decently located and offers reasonable amenities for outdoor enthusiasts, it lacks certain luxuries that one might expect in a premium establishment.Considering the value proposition, guests should carefully weigh the cost against the level of luxury provided at Hébergement Artense.
